mmm is a WIP protocol - it is not yet final. There is not currently a universal consensus chain and there may not ever be depending on the direction this goes.

For now, mmm explorer is a hybrid registry - each mmm commit published & observed links to the preceding commit, producing a record of the order in which they were received.
